Q. Are your packages customizable?
A. Yes, your final wedding DVD and the experience of capturing your wedding is suited to you specifically right down the the DVD itself. There is no assembly line approach to our work. Everything is custom taylored to you and your wedding day.

Q. Can you meet with me in my home so I don't have to travel?
A. Yes, we can meet with you in your home or at a quiet local neighborhood spot for your convenience. After all you're the one planning a wedding, it's our job to make it as easy as possible.

Q. Are you fully insured?
A. Yes, Turning Point Productions carries a one million dollar insurance policy.

Q. Will a videographer interfere with my photographer or wedding pictures?
A. Absolutely not. All of our videographers are unobtrusive and typically blend right in as part of the family. We have years of experience working with all types of photographers and have built relationships with many of them. As a result of our dedication to creativity and professionalism, some clients have printed still pictures directly from their wedding DVD. Working alongside your photographer is something that we specialize in. It’s part of making the entire process easier for you.

Q. What if I want something that I don't see listed on your packages or website?
A. Ask us if we can accomodate you. Chances are we can. Technology is always progressing and we are constantly trying new ideas to make our process better for you. And who knows, you might be the first one to think of a brilliant idea, so ask us.

Q. How long after my wedding will I receive my DVD?
A. All DVDs are completed within 4 to 8 weeks from the date of your wedding or from the date we receive all the editing materials, whichever is later. This would include pictures for your photo montage.

Q. Do you offer any payment plans?
A. Yes, we understand how expensive weddings can be so we have a payment option available which means your final payment will not be due until you receive your final product, which is after your wedding. It's just another way we try to make the process easy on you.

Q. Our wedding vows are very important to us. How are they recorded?
A. We have two options as far as recording the vows. The first utilizes a true digital wireless audio recorder which is separate from the camera and is recorded directly to a hard drive. With this amazing technology we can guarantee crystal clear vows each and every time. This is the preferred method to record the most important words of your day. The second uses a wireless microphone on the groom's lapel and is recorded directly into the camera.

Q. Do you have a back up should something happen to my videographer?
A. Yes, we never schedule all of our videographers on the same day. In case of an emergency, we always have multiple back up videographers. In addition, each videographer will bring back up equipment to your wedding.

Q. Will Turning Point outsource my wedding videography services?
A. Absolutely not. All of our videographers are employed directly by Turning Point Productions LLC. They are professional, experienced and must meet the high standards that our clients expect from our company.
