Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Why video?
A. Why not, next question. Just kidding. For weddings, video is truly the only medium that can capture the whole story that makes up your wedding day. Every single emotion, every single moment, every single aspect of you, your family and loved ones. Your day goes by so fast and even the best of us forget things as time passes by. A wedding video will preserve all these wonderful moments in time forever. The people and places, laughter and speeches, dancing, kissing and hugging -they will all be there long after your flower girl grows up and starts to drive. All those special moments in our lives with those amazing people who makes us who we are. Those moments that time quietly steals away over the years, that's why video.

Q. Can I meet my wedding videographer?
A. Absolutely. In fact, this is key to the production of your wedding film. Our wedding videographers will meet with you and will be available to answer any questions all the way up to your wedding. Without this relationship, we couldn't make a film specific to you and your personality. That way you don't have some stranger showing up the day of your wedding, instead you get our familiar and smiling faces.

Q. Do you travel or offer destination weddings?
A. Yes, we offer destination wedding films on select packages for events that require travelling by plane. For something a bit more local, details can always be worked out, just ask. Have camera will travel.

Q. Will a videographer interfere with my photographer or wedding pictures?
A. Absolutely not. We may have worked with your photographer before, but even if we haven't-our techniques allow us to work in tandem with them in complete harmony. Quite often we end up bouncing ideas off of each other and seem to bring out the best performance from both.

Q. What if I want something that I don't see listed on your packages or website?
A. Ask us if we can accomodate you. Chances are we can. Technology is always progressing and we are constantly trying new ideas to make our process better for you. Furthermore, as any good wedding videographer should, we are always looking for ways to achieve a better shot or concept. And who knows, you might be the first one to think of a brilliant idea, so ask us.

Q. Do you have a back up/emergency plans should something happen?
A. Yes, the very nature of our wedding videography packages requires back up equipment. In addition, we will always have a videographer available on standby should something serious happen to me or my assistant.

Q. Do you use lights?
A. More than likely the only time lights will enter into the picture is at your reception. Video cameras and dimly lit areas do not mix and will produce a very bad image. Our lighting techniques for our wedding videography services are quite good in that they accomplish the job of great looking video and when we ask brides after the wedding the response is always the same, "you guys had lights in there?"

Q. How much coverage do I get?
A. Start times vary depending on the wedding videography package you select and we can always work out the details to cater to your wedding.

Q. How long after my wedding will I receive my DVD?
A. Our wedding dvds are generally completed within 8 to 12 weeks from the date of your wedding.
